Can I still submit a paper for the conference?

Submissions have closed for the conference.

I want to attend the conference. Where can I book tickets?

Can I get a discount on a ticket?

Tickets are available at no cost, however please book your ticket as we need to know who is attending. Please choose your day on the main page and then access our online shop.

I don't need my ticket anymore. Can I get a refund?

How do I get to the conference?

Luton is well connected for car, train, and even air travel. We have detailed travel instructions here.

Will hospitality be provided?

There will be food and drink provided throughout the conference. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements when you book your ticket.

Will accommodation be provided?

Unfortunately we are not able to provide accommodation. There are many excellent hotels in the area and we have identified a few options that are well situated for the conference here.

Can I purchase more than one ticket at a time, for example, for myself and a colleague?
